BIG BLUE IRON+FILTER
Iron in water imparts bad taste (metallic) and leaves unsightly stains and residue on appliances, fixtures, and clothes. Other heavy metals create similar issues, plus pose serious health problems.
• This Big Blue system removes iron and other heavy metals.
• Filters out sediment and particles down to 3 microns (very fine).
• Can remove Hydrogen Sulfide smells as well as contaminants which cause discolouration in the water.
• Works well in situations where iron is significant enough to stain but below 3 mg. /l.
• No need for chemicals and does not require water for backwashing.
• Comes with triple Big Blue filter housing and fittings to adapt household plumbing.
• Comes with 25 micron 20 x 4.5” sediment filter, Katalox Filter, and Carbon filter.
• Filters last on average 1 year depending on level of contaminants and usage.
